  Contact our beauty concierge team via the support portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack your device in its original professional packaging, ensuring all accessories, charging cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund
